Marketing & Sales Associate
About the Opportunity
The marketing and sales associate will provide support to the director of institutional marketing and manager of institutional marketing, playing a vital role in the sales and marketing efforts to institutional and retail mutual fund investors. The associate will be responsible for coordination of conferences, management of the website, advertisements including online and print, support for client presentations, customer database management, creation of marketing materials, marketing data analysis, responding to retail and advisory inquiries and ad hoc client requests.
We are dedicated to increasing our visibility, and the associate would play an integral role in the success of the marketing and sales team.
About the Requirements
We're looking for someone with familiarity with financial services and marketing, ideally with some hands-on experience. The associate must be comfortable taking on projects independently, as well as providing input for important strategic decision-making. Since management of the website is part of the role, we request that candidates be comfortable with website design, but technical skills aren't required. Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are requested.

About the Compensation
We offer full benefits, including a generous 401k program. Compensation will comprise of a competitive salary along with a bonus based on company profit-sharing.
