Jerome L. Dodson serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Parnassus Investments. Prior to founding Parnassus in 1984, he was the President of Continental Savings of America and President of Working Assets. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and of the Harvard Business School. He is active in many community organizations and has served on the boards of the Haight Ashbury Free Medical Clinics, Project Open Hand, the Social Investment Forum and the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society.
