William C. Fraser began his career at Thomas James & Associates as a stockbroker in 1992 in San Francisco. In 1993, he joined Parnassus Investments as an operations and shareholder services representative. He became the Director of Shareholder Services in 2004 and is responsible for customer service. Mr. Fraser graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1992.
